About Your Order

A Bead Above Jewelry offers several payment options.

1. Secure Online Credit

   Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Your card information will be securely stored until the completion of the transaction. The item will appear on your credit card as A Bead Above Jewelry.  You will be notified via email when your order is accepted and again when your card is processed.  Your card is authorized automatically at the time of purchase and your information is secured.
   
   

2. Secure Online PayPal Payment

   You may use our authorized online retailer, PayPal, to complete your order.  PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard or you can also make payment from your bank account or your current PayPal account.
   
   

3. Pay by Mail

   This option will allow the print out of an order form which can be enclosed in an envelope and placed in the mail with a check or money order. I will still receive the order and can begin work on it. I will reserve the items that you have ordered while payment is in route.

International orders are welcome in US funds ONLY.

NOTE:  Orders paid with Money Orders will be shipped upon receipt. Personal checks must clear before the item will be shipped.

4. Pay by Telephone

   This option will allow the print out of an order form that can be used to place the order by telephone. Call 801-259-7388 to place the order. I can take your credit card information by phone or discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
   
   

5. Customer Code:

   This box will be used for special promotions.  If you have a special code provided to you, you may enter it in this box and the appropriate discount will be taken.

    

You will then be asked to complete your billing and shipping information. Please note that the billing address must match the address of the credit card you are using in order for the card to be processed correctly.

During the order process, select USPS First Class to take advantage of the free shipping offer. Select USPS Priority mail and $4.05 will be added to your order.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship our jewelry free of charge anywhere in the United States via USPS First Class mail.

For A Bead Above Jewelry, we make every effort to ship within 5 business days of order.  Special orders may take a bit longer depending on the availability of the beads.  Please provide an email address so we can communicate about expected delivery.

We ship A Bead Above Jewelry via U.S. Postal Service First Class mail. If you wish to pay the extra shipping to ship priority mail please select that option from the shopping cart when completing your order. Express mail is also available for an additional charge. Please email me if you wish to have your jewelry sent express mail.

If there’s going to be a delay in shipping past the dates given above, we’ll contact you. If you need an item sooner, contact us at customerservice@abeadabove.com , and we will make every effort to speed up the creation process.

For any order over $50.00, insurance is included in the shipping.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our customers’ satisfaction with our products is very important to us. If you find that you are not happy with the item, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipment date. The item should be unworn and in its original packaging. To arrange for a return, please send us an e-mail to let us know it is on its way to customerservice@abeadabove.com We suggest you insure the return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  When your return arrives, we will check it and issue a refund minus handling fees.  Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you paid by check, we will issue you a refund check in the full amount of purchase (the selling price of item and sales tax, if applicable).

We take care in making A Bead Above Jewelry strong enough to withstand normal wear and tear, but sometimes it does not or breakage occurs.  If a problem occurs with the piece, please contact us at customerservice@abeadabove.com and we will arrange to repair the item. If it breaks, please gather all stray pieces to send back. The buyer pays shipping to A Bead Above Jewelry and we will pay return shipping to the buyer. Please insure your item when returning them, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or misplaced by the shipping company.
