Order Questions
How do I place an order?
Ordering from A Bead Above is easy… Many of our designs can be ordered with options, so please note the different options available on the particular piece and enter the number you wish to purchase in the box in front of the option, then simply click the 
button next to the item and it will be placed in the shopping cart. Pictures of each piece can be viewed by clicking on the arrows beneath the pictures. Each set of pictures provides you with the different pieces available in that particular set. You may continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping button. When you are finished, you merely click on the 
button and continue through the checkout process. All orders are SSL encrypted to safeguard your bank card and personal information.
How soon will my order be delivered?
A Bead Above makes every effort to ship within three business days (except special orders or if you are paying by check). Mailing time usually averages 2-3 business days for US orders. International mailing may take as much as two weeks if using first class mail.
How do I place a special order?
Please contact A Bead Above via email or phone to discuss your special order. Because we are an online store, we can offer special orders for little or no additional cost. If you see a design you would like to have, but it needs adjusting in size or a different color, we would be happy to accommodate you as much as possible.
If you would like a similar necklace or bracelet in a different color combination, you may order it via email or telephone. I will provide a sample and will send you a picture prior to finishing the piece so you may approve the color selection/ changes. Depending upon your selection of beads, there may be a small fee to cover the increased cost of the beads used. On completion of the piece, I will send you a picture of the finished piece for your approval prior to shipping it. All special order deliveries are subject to availability of the materials.
How long does it take to receive a special order?
Once a design is agreed upon, special orders take an average of 1 to 3 weeks depending on the availability of the beads and the quantity of the special order pieces. Since each special order is a bit different, time to produce varies. We will be happy to give you a better time frame once you contact us to begin your order.
How do I redeem discount codes or coupons?
During the checkout process, you will be able to enter a Discount Code or Coupon in a box on the checkout screen and the appropriate discount will be automatically deducted from your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card and PayPal We also accept checks and money orders with certain shipping and processing limitations. Please see the Shopping Info tab beneath the Shopping Index section for a more complete description of payment policies.
How do I pay for special orders?
Once you have approved the special order, you may contact me by telephone with shipping and credit card information or mail a check.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day-money back guarantee on all our jewelry. For more details, please see the Shopping Info category beneath the SHOPPING INDEX in our main menu.
Shipping Questions
How is my order shipped?
We use USPS first class shipping as a standard for our jewelry at a flat rate shipping charge of $3.00 for US shipping and $5.00 for international first class shipping. If you would like priority shipping, you may select that and you will be charged $4.95 for domestic and $13.00 for international shipping. If you need a order faster, please let us know. Expedited shipping charges will apply.
