SPECIAL ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDER PAYMENTS

Because we are an online store, we can offer special orders for little or no additional cost. If you see a design you would like to have, but it needs adjusting in size or a different color, we would be happy to accommodate you as much as possible.

We can increase or decrease the length of our pieces for no additional charge. If you see a selection you like but need it in a different size than it is offered in the description, please purchase the item using the Add To Cart button and be sure and request the change in size in the Special Adjustments box on the Billing/Shipping Address Page.

If you would like a similar necklace or bracelet in a different color combination, you may order it via email. I will provide a sample and will send you a picture prior to finishing the piece so you may approve the color selection/ changes. Depending upon your selection of beads, there may be a small fee to cover the increased cost of the beads used.  On completion of the piece, I will send you a picture of the finished piece for your approval prior to shipping it.  All special order deliveries are subject to availability of the materials
